Event Force (owned by ACESGroup) are seeking motivated casual customer service staff (event staff) to work consistently at events held in the South-Western Sydney Macarthur region. The events include sporting games and other special events throughout the year.
We are seeking customer-focused staff for ushering, ticketing and car park roles. Multiple roles are available with our first round of staff commencing on Friday 20 June.
We are looking for fun, outgoing, professional team members who are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.
You will work closely with your team members to usher guests, scan tickets, manage queues, provide directions, assist customers, and provide a general outstanding level of customer service.
Applicants with similar experience are encouraged to highlight this in their application, including previous venues where they have worked.
