Event Customer Service Staff - Brisbane

Event Force is seeking motivated casual customer service staff to join our team at upcoming events in Brisbane. You’ll start with shifts on 31 October and 1 November 2025 near the CBD, with further major event opportunities anticipated in early 2026.

We are looking for fun, outgoing, and professional team members who are passionate about creating outstanding experiences for fans at live events. You will be part of an energetic team assisting guests, scanning tickets, managing queues, providing directions, serving drinks, and ensuring everyone enjoys a safe and memorable experience.

• Ushering and providing crowd guidance
• Scanning tickets and managing queues
• Providing directions and general assistance
• Monitoring RSA and customer behaviour

• QLD Blue Card – Paid (not Volunteer) Working With Children Check
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (desirable, not mandatory)
• Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Exceptional personal presentation
• The ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team
• Great service with a smile
